WATER COOLED CONDENSER

 

SHELL-AND-TUBE HEAT EXCHANGER

 

Since the first heat exchanger was made in 1984,based on the precision digital controlled machine and high efficient heat exchanging tube used, reliable and high quality products are manufactured by Beifeng. There are two series products condenser and evaporator about 11 various products, including fresh water single or double condenser, liquid condenser received, and straight or " U" tube single, double and triple evaporators etc. Products will be made of excellent material with precision processing technique and strict quality assurance acceptance standards. The products will be delivered accompanying with the specifications in details and quality audit fromQA department.

 

Condenser will be designed based on the operating conditions as belows:

Inlet water temp.: tW1=30℃

Outlet water temp.:tW2=35℃

Condensing temp.: 40℃

Cooling water flow rate:1.5〜2.5m/s

 

Evaporator will be designed based on the operating conditions as belows:

Inlet water temp.:tW1=12℃

Outlet water temp:tW2=7℃

Evaporating temp.:2℃

Water flow rate: 0.7~1.5m/s

Unit conversion: 1 RT=3.516KW=3024Kcal/h
