Where does the air of the industrial refrigerator come from? It may be filled with air when you connect the pipeline. If it is not exhausted, the air will of course still exist. Can't judge how much air is in the refrigerator? It can be judged by these three phenomena: 1. Condensing pressure is too high; 2. Exhaust temperature is too high; 3. The pressure gauge swings sharply.
The above phenomenon can basically determine that there is more air in the refrigerator and needs to be emptied. If it is not emptied in time, it will cause ice blockage, which will reduce the refrigeration efficiency and cause the system to shut down more seriously. The continuous decrease in pressure also increases the risk of damage to the compressor.
The method of emptying industrial refrigerators is as follows:
1. To extract the residual gas inside the system, remove the internal moisture and non-condensable gas, and keep it dry.
2. Leak detection and inspection of industrial refrigerators. If the system has not reached the required vacuum degree during the vacuuming process, it indicates that the system has a leak.
3. Before charging the refrigerant, the entire system must be evacuated so that the vacuum degree in the system is not less than 133Pa.
4. Before starting the vacuum pump, carefully check whether the connections and welding ports are intact, and whether the rubber plug of the exhaust port of the pump is open.
5. When stopping vacuuming, first turn off the switch of the straight-through valve to separate the industrial refrigerator from the vacuum pump.
6. Be sure to observe whether the lubricating oil is enough before using the vacuum pump.
